Experienced RN for Warren County - FULL TIME OR PART TIME

Community Visiting Nurse Association (CVNA) is seeking an experienced RN to join our team of excellence at our Warren County location. Providing home care services for greater than 70 years in our Somerset and Middlesex counties and Warren County since 2014, CVNA takes pride in our commitment to quality patient care. The clinician will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide skilled services to our home bound patient population on either a part-time or full-time basis COMPENSATION DETERMINED BY EXPERIENCE Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, formulate, and implement an individualized plan of care to achieve optimal patient care outcomes and rehabilitation. Observe and assess patient’s response to nursing care, treatments and patient teaching. Home Visits from 8:30 AM to 4: 30 PM Monday to Friday and one weekend per month Help to promote and ensure a safe home environment by working in close collaboration with all members of the health care team. Qualifications: Valid NJ Nursing license is required Valid NJ Driver’s License and reliable insured care is required. 1-2 years of Nursing experience Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
