RN needed per diem to open Home Care cases

We are a non skilled agency looking for an RN who is knows how to open cases via tablet or iPad so must have some computer savvy skills. We do have training available but that will be in Boca Raton our corporate location. Compensation & Benefits: Flexible Schedules Competitive Pay Weekly Direct Deposit W2 Direct Employee Team Environment Perform initial and ongoing assessments (OASIS ASSESSMENTS!) of patients' health status to determine their specific needs and develop individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV infusions, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and medication regimen Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care Adhere to all state and federal regulations, professional standards, and our policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of patient information Qualifications: Valid and current RN license in the state of Florida Minimum of 1 year of home health or related experience Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
