My loved one was at Timberline for 3 1/2 weeks for post-surgery rehab. This place is fantastic! The PT and OT staff worked wonders and were so great in helping him make progress day to day. The nurses, medication specialists and especially the CNAs were so caring and sweet. You can tell a lot about a place by how the employees act, and at Timberline the employees are happy, smiling and seem to really enjoy being there. The food was "really good" it was reported to me, and the residents get menus every day where they choose what they want to eat the next day. There are various activities always being offered, and oftentimes we'd just hang out in the front patio area or in the front lobby/dining area where other residents would be too. My loved one really appreciated the care and attention they received and raved about how great the employees were to us every day. Really great facility, highly recommended.
I really like at Timberline the staff have really made each and ever person a priority. The staff are always been encouraging me that I could walk with ease. The nurse's have also taken could care of my diabetes under control. The cna are always fast and accurate with the changes.
I feel like they are very professionally staffed always greeted kindly, my grandma was there and was taken care of very well. My grandma was there for two weeks and was greeted by the admission woman and she was very professional and kind as well the discharge woman was very kind and always kept us in the loop. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were very nice and really good about keeping the room clean and making sure the building always smelled good. The nurses were also very professional and polite. My grandma always said the kitchen staff was very nice and always willing to make her a snack when she wanted one.
I visit my family member here 3-4 times a week on the rehab hall. The staff are great and happy. My sister loves to joke around with them. They genuinely care. I'm told the food is great. She loved the BBQ ribs on the 4th of July. They are in regular contact with my family about changes and scheduling meetings to discuss care. The communication is beyond what I expected and the friendliness is genuine. Therapy is working miracles. I feel confident we made the right decision bringing our family member to Timberline Post Acute.
I recently had to put a family there for physical therapy and special care that I couldn't give them at home. Let me tell you this place is so amazing. Anne and the crew that work there always have a big smile and they are so welcoming and so caring. I looked at other places and this is the top one I decided on. Im so glad that my family member is here. I wanna give them a special thank you for caring for my family member.
