Good evening i was visiting my family member at future care on Harford Rd today at 3pm-5pm, Nov 2, 2025 the front desk receptionist is very pleasant, but the area where they eat and take there guest to spend time with you loved ones is very dirty. Trash is full and the staff just sitting there which I did even know they work there. You should not have to ask someone to sweep the floor or wipe the tables because if it was your loved ones you should just do it.

Loved the staff. Very helpful to my needs. Especially thankful to the physical and occupational therapists. They worked with me to reach my goals to walk. The nurses were great. They called me their special patient. I looked forward for them when they worked their shift.

Greeted immediately upon entering the parking lot, obviously from staff that were getting off and overwhelming greeted by front desk staff. Receptionist was kind and helpful. Upon reaching my designated floor the staff gave me eye contact and smiled when I greeted them. The facility was neat, clean and smelled fresh. Overall a great experience.

The staff is extremely polite, professional and courteous. They are taking excellent care of my brother. The facility is extremely clean. And the lady at the front desk security is extremely high and on point. You are not getting in or out without proper clearance by her! All fives in my book!

I wouldn't leave my dog on the 3rd floor it's horrible conditions and they should be shut down for the smell alone. 😒 Avoid at all cost. They want a body for the Gov funding. 2 patients in a room for one. It brought me to tears and we are working diligently to get our family member out. She is depressed and she's in a roo. With a lady that smells like she hasn't bathed in months. It was horrible. Here are photos of the small room. I had to move the bed to get her out of the room in a wheelchair. If it was an emergency she would have trouble getting out. I gave my love one a shower. No towels and wash cloth available the nurse took her time getting me a towel and wash cloth. The nurse with the blue short hair appeared annoyed that I asked for a tooth brush. I'm telling you avoid avoid avoid
