My stay at Bend Transitional Care was excellent! The services are very well run and helpful. Staff were very supportive, pleasant to work with, and solved many of my problems. Food was delicious! Therapy was efficient & effective. Social Services was very useful. I love the way everyone changes their roles so they are personable. Call light response is punctual, including at night time!

My mom has been in there for just a couple of days and upon transferring from the hospital we were pretty apprehensive over the whole thing, not knowing what to expect. When we arrived I was pleased with the look of the facility. It was clean, Bright and well decorated. Whitney was the first employee to greet us and she had a bright cheerful demeanor. It seemed a bit chaotic when we got back to the room. it was a little loud and people rushing around. our remote was missing and we didn't know what to do or who to ask. Whitney stopped back by to do our paperwork and she was able to fix our tv, found us a new remote and brought us a dinner tray. she was so comforting when she explained to us the ins and outs how the place works. She really smoothed it all over with mom!

Bend Transitional’s care team is one of the best teams around. I’ve been in many facilities and this one is top notch! From management to the CNA’s, all pitch in to ensure every patient is cared for, needs are addressed and are ready to discharge home. Highly recommend Bend Transitional Care.

My Mother has been a long term resident here at BTC for 6+ years. We are so blessed by the loving staff, administrators and medical team. They all show my mother so much love and attention. Her room is comfortable, light, bright and clean and cheerful. She has a very comfortable chair for me in her room and the staff is happy to bring in another for additional guests. The kitchen staff is amazing preparing my mother a specific diet that she needs with plenty of options for snacks or additional food if she would like it. The staff is always there to help or provide attention to things we discuss to help Mom thrive. The activities and care are more than we ever dreamed for Mom. Thank you BcT team, Mary and I will eternally be thankful and love you all.

All staff here are nothing short of amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience for my mom and I. Not only were the CNA’s and Nurses well educated and fast, they were so kind, caring, truly genuine with every interaction. All PT/OT staff were patient and clear with instructions. The activities director made everything fun and enjoyable, as well as going above and beyond with a “spa day” for my mom. I really can’t put into words the wonderful experience we got to have while there. Thank you all!!! ❤️
