Having worked with the Administrator Mimi Kelly in the past, I know her passion and work ethic are second to none. I recently referred a resident to the facility and she personally coordinated the transfer, making the process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. I’m confident recommending this facility because of her leadership. Alden team was so communicable and transparent with the entire process. The family was extremely satisfied.
My sister was at this facility, had her removed after she was hospitalized in September of 2005. The place reeks of urine once you pass the reception area, the case management team are not very helpful and seem to be clueless. There always seem to be an issue with transportation when ever my sister had an appointment, when ever things were fixed over to the facility they never seemed to have received the paper work, lack of communication. There was 1 nurse that seem to be very helpful and that was Eva on the 2nd floor.
Worse nursing home one of my members past away and they didn't call family to let them know!!! they worse people working in there...they don't answer questions or the phone calls...I think they should close this place worse place to put your relatives or parents don't used this place there's no communication at all and it the families members . And if you relative can't talk or blind they ignore the hem they don't change them. I think everyone that is has a bad experience with this place we should put in in the news all channels so everyone knows how bad this place is!!!! This nursing home it the one on Cicero and Ogden 😡 administrator worse people. They don't return phone calls . I would not be surprised if they abuse of the too. I remember one day visiting my relative and the lady next door need to be charged and they where passing by but no one went in side to change her.. 😡 when I told about this nursing home worse people and staff.
I’ve heard wonderful things about this facility and its new management team. They genuinely seem to care about the residents. The facility is well-maintained and welcoming.
