My bonus mom came for rehab after knee surgery. The staff (activities, care givers, laundry, etc) were absolutely great with her! My skeptical father was so impressed by the care and support ☺️ Thank you so much for taking such good care of her. She’s home now and doing great! I would recommend Majestic Care to anyone that has needs for support!
Staff provided exceptional care” leading with love” as they say! Our grandmother was here for a short skilled stay and we would highly recommend Majestic Care of Clyde! Hands 🙌🏻 down for top notch care! 💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜
The Care, my grandfather received while staying on their dementia unit was incredible. The staff were attentive and very friendly to not only my grandfather but also our family. I would definitely take another family member to the facility if the need arose.
We had a great experience with this facility while they cared for our grandma in her end of life care. They were kind and caring and made her very comfortable. They also made the rest of the family feel comfortable and cared for as they went through this difficult time. It is obvious that they are striving to make changes to continue to improve the nursing home and provide excellent care to not only the patients, but their families and community.
I stayed in 2022 for three weeks for physical therapy and OT. Jill and Rachel who did my therapy where great. If I needed a good cry when having a bad day, I could do that and talk with them. The nurses and aids helped me and did a good job. The lady who did activities often stopped in my room just to chat. When the lady cleaned my room we chatted, she was so nice. The office people where so nice. The facility was clean. There are a few downfalls but I still give five stars. One downfall is night shift was always playing on their phones and some had music playing with earbuds in. Night shift was in and out of the building several times smoking all night. Last thing the food is not good. The eggs are gross unless you ask for a dippy egg or omelet. Most of the other food was questionable too. I was surprised to see that type of food fed to older people and not homecooked style meals. Supper every night was a lunch meat sandwich.
