Absolutely the best option when choosing where to send your loved one! When it came to picking where to send my grandpa for rehab, Valley View was the top choice for my family. Their staff is so kind, the foods amazing, and housekeeping does a phenomenal job of keeping the campus beautiful. 10/10!!!

My grandma is currently at Valley View,  receiving outstanding therapy and care that have greatly contributed to her recovery after a recent hospital stay. From the moment she arrived, the team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists have worked closely with her, developing a personalized plan. Each session is tailored to help my grandma regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance her daily functioning. The nursing staff has ensured she is comfortable and well-cared-for, making sure her needs are met with attention and kindness! Thanks to Valley View for the great therapy and genuine care she is receiving!

After visiting multiple places to assist my loved one, I had my heart set on Valley View and was so happy when their newly renovated Legacy Lane hall opened. The hall itself is fresh and new with a homey and nice "great room" (kitchen, seating, and dining) atmosphere where you first walk in. It has a fairly large courtyard area to go outside for fresh air. The rooms look fresh and crisp and have never had an odor and always been clean when I've popped in for a visit. The staff is attentive and I am pleased with the fact they communicate with each other so well (example, taking my loved one out for a special occasion, the person I told wasn't there the day we went out, but they knew about it and made sure when I showed up to get them, they looked good and felt good about themselves and had on the outfit we talked about). I've seen several meals and it always looks and smells appealing. Not to mention they will make special desserts as an activity to serve later....just like at home! The nurses have been efficient, pleasant, and easy to talk to and call me when needed, so I have not felt worried. The staff always greets my loved one by name when we are out and about on a walk around the facility. The business/billing office has been easy to work with and always gets back to me quickly. I really can't think of a thing I could even complain about, which is never how I imagined this transition to be! My loved one is always clean, always doing something, and I would say is THRIVING there. Thank you Valley View, especially the Legacy Lane staff. My mind is at ease when I can't be there.

This facility is amazing. The environment, staff, activities and food are great. Any concerns are always addressed and resolved promptly. All of the staff are so engaging with the residents as well as the families. I always enjoy visiting and being greeted with smiles and hellos. It gives me great comfort to know that my brother is happy and thriving in this environment. A Big Thank You to Nancy and all of the employees! Theresa Kuhn

Top tier long term care facility I have ever came a-crossed, there is no smell, it's very homey, and the legacy lane is so beautiful and calming. My aunt loves the food and the care she receives. I wouldn't want her anywhere else.
