Staff treating my mother very well, Food is great they feed you really well. Therapy.is going good. She was here before and it was a great experience and it is going wonderfully again. Thank You for your kindness and care for my mother. The Thomas Family.
I loved the services that we received. Everybody treated my mom and my family as if we were family. I would recommend the facility to anyone who needs quality care. I really appreciate the quality care that was given to my mother. I would like to thank everyone.
My grandfather is on the Long Term Care side in your facility. All staff us amazing, I walk in with a good feeling when I enter the facility. Staff treats him well and I never have any issues and I just want you all to keep up what you all are doing. Also I want to thank Ms Lisa Turner for always being so nice as well. Thank You.
Sorry, not sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone! The pictures on their website are nothing compared to walking in this facility which is why my family and I chose this place for our mom. Upon arrival, we were all shocked! Absolutely nothing like the website pictures! My mom arrived at this place on a Friday afternoon which was supposed to be for therapy but she was only there for two days before her passing. The only call my family has received from this place was of my mom’s passing! My mom was sent out without any of the staff knowing for sure what funeral home picked her up, she resided in middle Ga but a funeral home from south Ga was called to pick her up! Her body was sent across state lines to Alabama and then back to Ga for the correct funeral home to pick her up and charged $400 for a huge mistake created by River Towne Center! This facility will never be on my recommendation list to anyone!
I am here again second time around and therapy was great again and again. I've learned you have too do things for yourself to get better and that is what's makes me stronger and I appreciate you all for your care and services. Lisa Turner you are the best. All staff thank you
