Aside from the time they allowed a member of staff to arrange the purchase of my grandmother's car with no follow-up or known disciplinary action, they also have, behind the backs of her PCP and her DPOA, perscribed her additional medication for undiagnosed psychosis, and had her deemed unfit to make her own decisions and a flight risk, ruining her chances of even getting into other facilities, all while keeping her in long-term care room at a 300 dollar a day private pay rate. These people will make decisions for your loved ones without informing you, and then go out of their way to impede your chances to live somewhere else. Do not speak with them, do not do business with them, and do not trust them. Edit: The canned response to my post is unappreciated and pointless. I've tried calling your leadership, and they are avoiding my calls.
They don't shovel sidewalks in the winter. Residents love to walk around the building, even when it's cold. But it's impossible to get their walkers through the snow. Bingo and other events are regularly cancelled. Food is so terrible, I wouldn't feed it to my dog.
My family recently visited Linden Woods Village during our search for an Independent Living residence for Mom. We all were highly impressed with the staff, the services, the amenities and the facility. Heather and Amanda were very accommodating providing multiple tours over two days to accommodate our schedules and allow our family members to be involved in decisions. Their communication is excellent and they are quick to respond to our questions. After visiting several other facilities, there was no question that Linden Woods Village is the best place for Mom. The residents there were all happy and engaged in different activities and stopped to visit with us and the staff. The apartment we selected was large and well designed. We all feel very positive in our decision to choose Linden Woods. The final decision came from Mom who stated, she 'loved the place and couldn't wait to move in!'
We recently had the pleasure of visiting Linden Wood, and we were truly impressed by the atmosphere and overall environment. One of the standout features was the residents. We saw many smiling faces, and it was clear that they were active, engaged, and enjoying their time in the community. The Assisted Living apartments, were bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed with a layout that felt more like a home than a clinical setting - unlike other places we’ve visited. Overall, Linden Woof left a positive impression on us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable community for their loved ones.
Beautiful facility, Nice bright rooms with more space than I expected. Very knowledgeable and experienced director of marketing who was extremely helpful. I would recommend for a visit
