Reviews
Having visited a few different places, I can confidently say that Tiffany Springs is one of the better ones. As in all locations, they have some areas to improve, and then they have stellar regions. We will start with the stellar. The facility is well-kept, with nurses who are generally knowledgeable and provide good care. The therapy was top-notch compared to other facilities, and the staff genuinely cared for the most part. Now for the not-so-stellar, Food service. Now I am definitely not looking for a five-star diner experience in a medical facility. However, even when eating in the dining room, I had many meals with the wrong items, and the food was often room temperature. There were times they were understaffed, and you could wait a while for your call light to be answered, like anywhere else. So, all in all, it was a good, if not great, experience. Besor was a bright, shining face to see every day. She lit up every room she walked into.
I went here following back surgery. They gave me a gurney for a bed I ask for a regular bed so I could turn myself they said no. This is your bed while you’re here. I received none of the medication I was prescribed. I ask for something to drink nothing was provided my daughter brought me a plastic glass and filled it for me. I ask for juice at meals off the menu was never given anything to drink while i was there by staff. I broke out in a horrible rash shortly after arriving there was refused anything but benadryl and that was never given. A couple of tubes of cream for my rash went missing and was told your not getting anything get over it. The light went unanswered for 2 1/2 hours in the middle of the night a person snuck in with no light turned it off I said I have to go to the bathroom. She said I thought you would be back to sleep by now. I was locked in the bathroom twice they brought me the walker I went in and was reaching for the paper towels to dry my hands they closed the door and walked off leaving me there. After the second time I closed my door and never used the light again. My Inspire was off when I woke up now I know why they asked me how it worked. When they brought my food tray they sent the inspire flying accross the room knocking it off by pushing the tray as hard as they could. My kids removed me on the second day and took me to the hospital for cream for my back and then home. I’m lucky to get out of there with my life.
This place is wonderful. Staff is outstanding. Mia, Haley, Theresa, Amanda, Payton, Brittney, Sara, Besor, Eva and Agata are exceptional. I really like the activites, Anne is so talented with everything she does. Everyone is friendly. Most of the CNAs know what you need before you know you need it. This is my third time here, Mikhaja, Amanda, Hailey, Annie ( in actives), Haley, Mia, Payton, Lahna and Brittney are all amazing!. The Activities are engaging, my favorite is the auction. It's a wonderful place with great care. Social services are helpful and they honored my preferences.
Besor & Addie as well and especially Joyce do an excellent job of taking care of patients l. Joyce was so attentive to family members needs. He noted Tiffany Springs Care Center is only place he would want to go for rehab and his long-term care experience.
There are some of the nicest people I have ever met. It’s very clean and beautiful. Very nice. Staff very polite, knowledgeable helpful, and informative. Nurse that was not coming back for a few nights gave me a hug and made me feel special. When I have had issues, they listen and resolve it.
