Role: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! The Certified Nurse Assistant - CNA is responsible for providing direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible for each resident without declines in status unless the decline is documented as unavoidable. Various Shifts: Days: 6am - 2pm or 6am - 6pm Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm Nights: 10pm-6am or 6pm-10am Responsibilities: The CNA follows safety policies and practices in performing nursing care. The CNA reports changes in residents condition immediately to the Charge Nurse. The CNA observes residents rights including, but not limited to, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. The CNA promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests. Qualifications: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge in accordance with statutory requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
