My daughter spent 2 months at Oxford for various health conditions. They took very good care of her health needs and scheduled necessary outside appointments. They were responsive to family questions. She was very comfortable at this place, made friends and had social activities she enjoyed.
Honestly the place sucks.. the food is horrible the staff and nursing staff do not do their jobs correctly or on time... if you're trying to rehabilitate this is definitely not the place to come it is a rundown dirty building located in a nice neighborhood but I will say there's a handful of very very good working staff but that is all a handful out of many.
I think the staff here at Oxford are the best I have had in the 30+ years .. physical therapy, maintenance, activities, housekeeping, and the case workers i have dealt with. I wanted to say thank you to all of you sincerely
I could only describe it as a current resident as one of the very worst experiences of my entire life they sat here and let me go extra for over 5 months only to sit here at a meeting today to tell me I've got one week to get rid of it all when they are going to throw it out there exact words when I told them I had no way to put it that I would have to actually leave here to take it to a storage facility and I wouldn't be able to come back I was told by staff in front of an entire meeting oh well sorry then the maintenance guy not the woman that I was talking to in the upper management yell at me is the top of his voice in front of everybody that if I didn't like it that was too bad I have on three different occasions been assaulted by the staff here physically once actually happened to call the Haverhill Police department
The level of negligence is about to boil , between the nurses ignoring me and crying patients I sat for hours with a new fracture in my spine and instead of being helped they had laughed and lied about me seeing the labs I got and they were worst then when I got here. I'm currently on phone with a lawyer because I also witnessed a patient being attacked by two nurses and CNA , karma is no joke and I trust in God will give nurse Kelly and nurse salamon will pay for the negligence I went thru on they're part and witnessed against other patients esp leaving us in 100 ° wether while laughing taking a .c . For they're self and I spoke against her and she lied and said I was smoking in the building frankly she should not be a nurse at all!
