It’s a friendly place, The staff are wonderful and usually respond quickly, they treat her with respect and more importantly she like the place. Its clean and doesn’t smell like some I’ve been in. The only down side would be the food doesn’t eat to much partly she says the food is horrible. I’ve seen it, it truly is horrible.
My father continues receiving great care at Spring Meadows Villas. The atmosphere is wonderful and we love the music and activities. Additionally, he has the best nurses and administrators you would ever wish for. I can relax knowing his needs are being met. Great team and job well done!
Completely unorganized, lack of communication, and facility was unkept in areas. If I could give a lower rating I would for the experience I encountered. Please do not say call and discuss my concerns, as I have tried to communicate with all management and corporate management, as well. No calls are returned or texts. Took a negative review to get a reaction.
I assist Russ Haudan with some exercises. He appears well cared for. As I enter and leave your facility your staff is always kind and helpful🙏 They like to joke around with Russ👍
Had a good visit with my sister. She was a little distraught when I got there and was yelling she wanted to go home. I calmed her down and explained very calmly all the reasons she needed to stay here. She told me to go home. I just kept talking and explained to her there was no one at home to take care of her and she was in the best place. She was safe, eating, and being taken care of with people who cared about her. She just needed to relax and enjoy the adventure. She has made some friends and have people around her to help her. We eventually had a nice talk with lots of laughing about the past. I answered as many questions as she had to asked. She wanted to know how her mother was doing. I was shocked to hear that because our mother past away in April 2009 on Easter. I did remind her of that and she was ok with my answer. Just surprised me. Finally she my younger sister and I it was time for us to leave because she was tired. We could tell she was , so we gave her a kiss and hug. I told her to behave and she said she always does at which we all laughed. I am so thankful for the care she has been given. Everyone there seems to so nice. Thank you !
