So far, our experience has been pretty good. With a late night transfer to the facility, things weren't quite exact, but as the next day completed, things were in a more positive direction. This is definitely NOT a slight on any of the staff. They were nice, welcoming and helpful. Coordination is just not as easy when you transfer at 9pm. I don't recommend it at all. So far I do recommend Life Care Jacksonville though. We even got to listen to a wonderful performance.

I just left this facility and wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, the staff. The staff here are amazing!! These people are underpaid and under appreciated for what they have to deal with. They are extremely compassionate and will do all they can to help the residents under their care. I spent a bit of time there and got to know them well. They truly care about the people there. The PT and OT staff are patient and want to see people improve. I love all the staff and wish them all nothing but success. The facility itself is amazing and well kept. The rooms are cleaned daily. It feels like walking up to a nice resort when going through the front. I feel like if you or a loved one need a safe place to be then this is the best option bar none. While I hope I never need their services again (physical rehab) if I ever do they will be at the top of my list. TY to the staff for making me feel so welcome and appreciated during my stay there. I love you all!!

This was my first visit to Life Care where my elderly mother had lived the past few months. My first impressions were very good: bright and airy, clean with no odors, friendly/helpful staff. My mother has dementia but she knows if she is being treated well and she likes it here. So far, I am impressed.

Leaving my brother to return home is very hard but made easier by the care & support I believe he will get at LifeCare. I go with a heavy heart but I go in confidence for his well being & care.

We’ve had several clients come to life care for rehabilitation and some that have been in the long term care side. While no one wants to be in that situation, I think it’s one of the best places to recover at from a fall or injury resulting in a hospital stay. The staff there is welcoming and helpful.
