I went to visit a family member and I was very happy with her progress. The therapist was in with her and she was doing good. I was waiting for her to complete her session and witnessed two other therapists working with some other individuals. I was thoroughly impressed. The staff has been pleasant when I visited.

I have a very old and dear friend staying at this facility. Staff appears kind and attentive, especially AJ at reception. . I would describe Hamilton Arms as clean - ish. The big disappointment is the lack, or rather no, vegetarian selection . SHAME!

I visited a friend who is staying there for physical therapy. The staff seems very helpful and friendly. I seen the therapist interact with his patients and he seemed very compassionate to his patients. My friend has been to other care take facilities and he says he would prefer coming back to Hamilton Arms if he needed care in the future.

I am visiting a friend (terminal cancer) at lancaster General hospital who only spent a few days at Hamilton Arms under the guise of building her strength so she could return home. She did not have one good thing to say about her stay there. If she wasn’t hungry at breakfast it was assumed she was not going to eat the rest of the day as no further meals were offered. The nurses would not help her to sit up or get more comfortable after a restless night of sleep. She found the nurses rude and abrasive. She begged to be returned to the hospital. She is happy to back at Lancaster General

We feel our 93 yo mother is getting good care at Hamilton Arms. She is in the rehab and waiting to be transferred to the nursing home part of the facility. The staff are friendly, attentive and kind to my mother and her family. The food is very good.
