I would not trust leaving an incapacitated loved one at this place alone. The nursing staff refused my dying mother medicine she was charted and refused to remove her wedding band from a swollen finger and, when questioned the next day about my report of what I had personally witnessed, lied to their supervisors about it. Don't turn to the chief social worker for help. You'll get nothing but excuses. My mother would have had more honest care at a rundown County facility
They tour a museum where I worked their driver hit my car! They called me once and found out the video didn’t catch it now I’m left to pay. Every nasty people I would not want my loved ones anywhere near them!!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE!! No discrepancy, No investigation insurance never called me or the police or my insurance so how can they be investigating? Please don’t lie on my behalf I come to terms that I will have to pay.
Grandma seems happy. She was clean and her hair was done. The staff gave her attention and seemed kind. We had a room to meet in and visit.
