Horrible place. Not very clean , looks run down. Most of the staff are nice. Others need to check themselves and leave the attitude at home. My mom can't eat solid foods , but they keep on giving her that. We have told them many times over. She doesn't get the meds she needs if she request them. I'm just happy my mom is there for a short stay. That's about all I can handle with that place. Highly do not recommend.

This place is a disaster! Had to go there and sign my mother out when she was sent for rehab from hospital. I had to jump up and grab a lady from getting out of her wheelchair in lunchroom because there was no supervision while my sister went to find help. The woman had such a mess in her diaper, she just couldn't sit in it anymore. Male aids were sent in to change my mom's diaper. There are plenty of male patients for male aids to care for. Let's save some dignity here. Absolutely pathetic. Don't send your loved ones here!!!

I was recently a resident( short-term) at Crestview Center for a month. My experiences were excellent! I received excellent care while there. I have so many people to appreciate and thank. I think of the nursing staff, both RN’s and CNA’s who actively took part in my care. The following nurses were just wonderful: Amanda, Nicole, Preddy, DaLisa, and I’m sure I’m overlooking others. The nurses were very kind and professional, and very available. The Certified Nursing Assistants were also excellent: efficient and caring. Those involved in my care and who made a difference, truly, were: Sheck, Starr, Sheena, Adjowa,, who is exceptional in her care. Ron in Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping our room nice and clean. Ron is efficient and very relatable. George in Food Services saw to my specialty food needs and the overall quality of the food was 4 stars. Physical and Occupational therapies were excellent; Kim and Christine, respectively. They set and helped me meet my goals to get stronger and walk better, all with cheerful and positive attitudes and humor. They were great! There are various and numerous activities if one wishes to take part in them each day at Crestview. Crestview is clean and has a welcoming ambience. And special thanks and appreciation to April in admissions, who met my special needs and who with her sweet pup, Peanut, never ceased to put a smile on my face. Thank you, April! Needless to say, I would consider Crestview Center in the future if I’m in need of speciality care. I was there 1month, and it passed by very quickly. I also should mention Heather in Respiratory care who was very concerned and involved in my respiratory care plus she is very funny and giving of her time. I looked forward to seeing her each morning. Please consider Crestview Center, if you or a loved one is in need of speciality care , like short term rehab. I am sure you will be glad of your decision to be a part of the Crestview family, even for a short time. A hearty thank you to everyone there!

Sign in was easy.. finding the room was easy although my mom knew where to go.. checkout was easy.. only reason it wasn't perfect is because the hallway and rooms smell like pee although that's normal I think.
