My mom is currently at this facility and she said everyone does such a good job. They are always on top of her PT for her knees and helps her with her medications she is on. Thankful to have the attentive staff. And continue to care for my "mama"
THE WORST FACILITY TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TOO!!!! State and corporate will be called. The OBRA Act only seems to be followed when it's in their favor. Management will run you down to other family and lie about trying to reach you . Your loved one will be in the hospital for days and you won't know it til you show up to an empty room. Peggy the nightshift nurse will slam her hands on the desk and get rude when a patient needs pain meds. Peggy has abused my family and other staff seen it but the DON Pam won't do a thing about it! The neglect here is UNREAL!!! My family member is NOT at his full potential which isn't only his right but it's the law. He's declined so much here PLEASE RUN FAR FROM HERE!!!!
My FIL ended up at Embassy of Lebanon after almost a month in the hospital with a very serious case of pneumonia. As he has a tracheostomy in place it was not easy to find facilities that would accept him. Upon touring facilities in the area that would, my husband identified Embassy as the clear winner. He met with their on site respiratory therapist, Josh, and immediately felt at ease about the care. Once we selected the facility, the team immediately went to work coordinating the discharge and transport with the hospital - lifting a huge burden from our shoulders. At our Care Conference, everyone from PT to Nutrition to Insurance was in attendance to ensure all of the bases of care were covered. Michelle in Nutrition made sure my FIL had the formula he needed since has a G-tube. Joe promised us he would work hard to ensure my FIL was made strong enough through PT to return to independent living and lived up to that promise with 2 a day workouts throughout the stay. Josh from respiratory helped to fit my FIL with a speaking valve -something no one else in all our medical endeavors had ever offered! - which instantly and dramatically improved my FIL's ability to communicate. And Cheryl from social work - well she basically did everything else - keeping us informed on what was happening AND pivoting last minute when a doctor's orders changed requiring her to work tirelessly to get my FIL what he needed while still being medically discharged. I can't say enough positive things about all the care, love and humor that was poured in by this team. Thank you!! I hope we don't need you but we will certainly be back if we do.
Every time you try to call and get a hold of the manager or try to get corporate‘s number you always get no one or “we don’t have it” or “We can’t find it”and then when you ask to get transferred to one of the supervisors, it just rings and rings and rings. Nobody ever answers the phone.
At first, when we were looking for a rehabilitation center for my wife, attempting to get on the lung transplant list, I was reticent to consider Embassy because of the reviews on here and, I told them as much. (I went pretty hard at the representative because my wife had been to some bad places). During her time there, they provided excellent care. The care team was always polite and attentive. They always greeted us when we got there and answered any questions we had. She felt happy there. Her stay was cut short there as she had to go back to the hospital and has since passed but thank you to Embassy and her care team for making some of her last days as good as possible.
