They don't do anything until you MAKE them! Follow doctor's orders! Rehab is to be twice a Day, not three times a week. They serve the food cold and it takes them 15-45 mins to answer a call button. We have to see better care or we will move our relative.

If I could give no stars I would!! Terrible service! Don't send your loved ones here! They don't care about them. My mother calls me every day because they won't do their job and it puts her life at risk!! The food is cold and disgusting! It looks like scraps, and the amount of food is less than you would give a toddler! Lazy, rude staff! The place is a nightmare!! Stay away!!
