This is one of the few facilities that I have been in that is well taken care of ( cleaniness) when you walk in there is no odor of urine it's clean and bright. The staff is professional and kind, and considerate to the patients and family members They work as a team, helping each other. Which I find very commendable. My family member is here in the Subacute unit where he is receiving excellent care because of this wonderful staff and that is why I have given them a five star ⭐ rating. Blessings 🙌

Their care team is great. However, the people running this facility cannot be trusted. I've dealt with several facilities and have never come across such unprofessional and unethical administration until I met these people. Patients are looked at as dollar signs, not actual people. I do not recommend sending your loved ones here if given an option.

Very caring of patients and family. Went out of their way to provide personal services for my mother. Always kept me up to date about her condition. Very important since I lived several hours away. Special thank yous to the caregivers and especially to “Jane” the supervisor. I’ve kept track of current reports and there have been no cases of coronavirus, patients nor caregivers !! I definitely would recommend this establishment. Sincerely, K. Silva

WARNING!!! These people will not care for your loved one a single bit. Do your loved one a life saving favor and find a better place, PLEASE! I strongly believe this place killed my mother. For starters they shaved her hair- against my wishes and she caught antibiotic resistant pneumonia.
