My father was welcomed here for over two years of his life. The care and love provided by Harmony helped my family immensely. They always welcomed my mother's daily visits and always willing to stop and chat about his medical issues. We appreciate and are grateful for their love and support.

This is my second time here, and I can honestly say the care is excellent. The staff is so kind and always ready to help. Therapy has been great, the food is really good, and the activities keep you busy and happy. The CNAs are wonderful, very caring and treat you like family. The nurses are also amazing. I truly feel well taken care of here, and I recommend this place 100%.

The staff at this rehab center were very kind and supportive, which is the only reason I’m giving even two star. Unfortunately, the building itself is in terrible condition. Every time it rained, there were leaks throughout the facility—even in the rooms. Ceiling tiles were soaked and falling apart, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for patients trying to recover. The place clearly needs serious repairs and better maintenance. It’s unacceptable for a healthcare facility to be in this kind of shape, no matter how good the staff are. The patients deserve a safe and clean space to recover.

The nurses and staff were very kind to my mother, that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place, But the facility itself should be shut down. There’s mold and leaks in almost every room . Ceiling looks like it can easily collapse .The place has a urine /old smell .. this place is in need of some serious renovations or even needs to be shut down to avoid a forthcoming lawsuit . My brother complained about the poor maintenance in my mother’s room but was not acknowledged . We have plenty of pictures but unfortunately im unable to upload . Do not take your loved ones there !
