My father has been with the Springs now for a week. On his first full day there he was given a shower after a 2 week hospital stay. He was so happy to be clean again. The meals are great and he is eating most everything they put in front of him and often says he's still hungry. The staff is great. Each shift makes sure to introduce themselves at the start and make sure they say good bye before leaving. He told my brother he was being treated well and probably better than he deserved! Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy and speech therapy are all so thoughtful and gentle with him. Best experience we could ask for so far.

My grandmother was an inpatient at The Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center for two weeks, and we had an excellent experience. The nursing staff was amazing—so kind, caring, and patient. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The OT and PT providers were thorough and supportive. Thanks to their care, my grandmother went from being unable to walk after a prior ICU stay for septic shock, to walking again and being able to safely return home. The operational staff was also wonderful—kind, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. They took the time to explain her after-care plan and gave us the tools we needed to best advocate for her health at home. I would definitely recommend this facility to any families looking for great care for their loved one.

I spent two weeks in The Springs Rehab Center and had a great experience all around. Every department was terrific from housekeeping through dietary. Nursing was exceptional. O.T. and P.T. taught me enough to go home and get going on my own with minimal help other than my continued home P.T. Thanks to all.

The staff at The Springs are kind and caring and treat my sister with dignity. They keep us updated on her care and progress and make themselves available to answer all of our questions and guide us in the right direction. They have done a great job coordinating her services and appointments and have been accommodating to our schedules as the family does not live in the nearby vicinity. There is definitely a positive vibe here. We are always greeted with cheery hellos and it is also evident in the staff attitude with the patients as well! Thanks for all you do.

Wow!!! Where do I begin!!! Well i will tell you that this was the first time anyone in my family needed to stay at a rehabilitation center and we were so nervous to leave mom somewhere other than home. I can tell you from my heart that The Springs exceeded my expectations!!! This place is Amazing, they thought of everything and every single person here displays kindness and caring ❤️ if you ever have this need, this is your place!! Do not go anywhere else, if you want The Best!! I will highlight a couple folks that mom.said were fabulous to her and thanks to them, she was happy and recuperated much quicker: Manielle Calder was so attentive & gentle to mom, she wanted to bring her home 🥰, Myra Valdez was also just so nice and pleasant. She will always remember her. 💕 her therapists Angelo & Andrew were Amazing and pushed her to advance and get the job done, they would play her favorite songs and were just so amazing. I will also say that for me, the daughter caring for mom, Gregory(social worker) was so informative, kept me up to date and met all my requests. Communication was by far The Best with him. There should be a Gregory at every center and last but not least, Perla(case manager) was also so pleasant and kind and made.sure she addressed all my questions. If I give more stars, this place would get a 10 from me 😁 THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR MY MOM ARMIDA WITH THE LOVE AND KINDNESS YOU ALL POURED!! we are Thankful beyond words!!!
