It was a very warm staff and administration. I felt like my loved one was being well taken care of by such a caring staff. The facility is really gorgeous with its new renovation, including the impressive therapy department. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home for their aging loved ones
My father in law was here for 7 months. The neglect of him as a patient was pretty bad considering they charge $11K/month to be there. It was also very frustrating when trying to get a hold of any staff to help us fill out paperwork for benefits or when we needed updates on him. They actually started doing their job when we notified them that he was leaving there with the exception of not properly completing the medication directions for his nursing home he moved to so he could be properly cared for. It’s really a shame how the elderly are treated and that proper care even when paying completely out of pocket doesn’t exist.
I am here for rehab after a bad fall. The therapy and nurses are very compassionate and outstanding. I had multiple fractures and am leaving here walking on my own! Thank St. Benedict!! I will be forever grateful
My mom just finished a short term rehabilitation stay and, from start to finish, it was phenomenal. From day one, the staff (especially the front desk staff) made us feel like we were family. I was worried about the transition, and how my mother would be when I was not there, but leaving her in the hands of the nursing staff and therapy team felt like leaving her with my own siblings. They were amazing working with us and communicating with us during her stay. The facility was clean, orderly and always full of events thanks to the activities department and housekeeping. Each one of the people we met, made this stay what it was. I am forever grateful to the staff at St. Benedict’s.
My aunt just finished short term rehab here and I am beyond thrilled with the care she received. The entire staff was supporting and accommodating, specifically the therapy team and nurses. But everyone we came in contact with was helpful, the reception team, housekeeping, admissions office, etc. Even the food was pretty good. So grateful for this facility!
