ADVINIACARE AT NORTHBRIDGE

If I could give less of a rating I would. My sister was here for 9 days. She was sent here to get stronger after a 2.5 day stay at a hospital. In this 9 days she saw a Dr once. She did not have a shower and could not shower alone. She asked, at least 5 family members asked for her to have one. She was not washed at all. She did not have her teeth brushed, or the proper supplies brought to her so that she could attempt herself. PT/OT was sporadic and group. My sisters condition worsened each day. There was no notes of concern here. Possibly because the Dr was seen once. On the 9th day WE called for an ambulance to take her back to the hospital at 8pm. From Milford she was transferred to Worcester where she passed away 18 days later. The lack of cleanliness of this facility, and not helping their patients to feel clean and with some dignity while in their care is deplorable. This facility should be shut down.

My mother was a resident at AdviniaCare and I couldn’t be happier with the wonderful job they did during her stay. The staff does a fantastic job keeping the residents engaged with activities. I commend the admissions team, they have answered all my questions and concerns with her stay even taking time to check in with my weekly. I truly appreciate everything AdviniaCare has done for my mom and recommend this place to any loved ones.

One of my relatives is a long term patient here their experience has been amazing staff has seemed to become family. As i understand everyone has different opinions I can’t help but be happy with the way my loved one is loving this place. This review will be alittle different but feel like it needs to be said as these people don’t get the attention they deserve. The people who run the front desk are truely amazing and give the vibe I always look for when walking into a building the woman Tiffany on the weekends sets my mood for a great visit I’ve bothered her many times on the weekends when I know is the most stretch time. I’ve called many times she’s transferred me an no one has answered she’s gone above an beyond for me talking my name an number an running to the floor an making sure I get a call back. I always joke with her asking if she lives there cause she’s always there when I go on the weekends. Same with during the week Maura is amazing as well. These ladies set the mood for a great walking in experience not many will acknowledge these ladies as most all reviews are about the floors but a review had to be made about these two.

I would give the review zero stars but that option was not available. My wife was sent here to “rehabilitate”. There not any physical therapy. The food was disgusting, and her room and bathroom were filthy. This is where people go to die. Not get well. I never got Covid during the pandemic, but I got infected from visiting this dump. The state needs to look into this facility. Why would anyone choose to place their loved ones here.

Had a loved one here and developed a massive bed sore. They were not showered regularly, or even a sponge bathe where they could have identified the bed sore sooner. Instead, they developed sepsis from the bed sore and ultimately passed away soon after. Heartbreaking to see a loved one suffering on something that could’ve easily been avoided with proper care and attention.
