Very impressed by the staff at this Facility. We attended and participated in a car show that they held. My favorite part was seeing the residence room with the staff smiles on their face and the interaction between them. On top of how well organized everything was. Already looking forward to next year. Great job ladies. ❤️

It’s always unfortunate when someone has to leave their home. Knowing that they are going to be cared for is always a huge worry . When walking into South Ogden Post Acute right away you can see staff who are working to take care of the residents there . I have worked with many of the staff members at South Ogden post-acute and they have been great to work with. They try their best to accommodate the residents and families

DO NOT work here or let your loved ones stay here. Management is a joke, they don’t have any medical background but yet they think they can run a facility. They dump so much on the CNA’s and nurses while they just sit in their office. Management likes to go to the homeless shelters to look for residents that get approved for Medicaid just because it brings in money, meanwhile the staff is left to deal with these unruly people who clearly aren’t there for rehab, just for free food and a place to sleep. The food is HORRIBLE, things are breaking all the time, or they run out of essential items. They have such a high turn around with staff and so many people have just up and walked out. They like to stage rooms just to get nice pictures and are scrambling for the staff to make the place look nice when they know someone important is coming or a family is coming for a tour, which is also one of the only times that management steps onto the floor. Please consider any other place than here for care and a job.

I can’t say enough about this therapy team and facility!! I had foot surgery. I have to be off it for eight weeks and I have a house full of stairs. I needed to come somewhere where I could strengthen my upper body, strengthen my dominant leg, learn to transfer safely, and get some tips and tricks. Those were my therapy goals. I was asked what those were and everyone tailored my care around them. from physical therapy to occupational therapy, every member of the team helped me in different ways. Some helped me with balance and strength, some helped me with upper body and core, some helped me with lower body and taught me how to counter certain exercises. They taught me how to balance and what the best ways to transfer were. Showed me how to use all of my equipment from a temporary power chair, to a knee scooter, to a walker, to a shower bench. They set up a mock kitchen for me to practice on my knee scooter. I am ready to leave. I go in one day. In the two weeks I was here, I had therapy every weekday, and was given weights and instructions for my weekends. They wasted no time in helping me achieve what I needed to. They’re upbeat, funny, and they know their stuff! I was very sad when I had to go to a facility because I had worked really hard to be able to stay home. This is the best decision I could’ve made. The administration, the aides, the nurses, and everyone in between. I am very grateful for all of them and for their care. They got me tons of ice water and tons of ice water in my polar ice machine. I was treated with respect, and like part of the team. I feel like my opinion was valued, and I feel like my care was tailored for me. I would recommend South Ogden Post Acute to anyone who needed this kind of care. Thank you!!😁

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and supportive—from leadership to nursing to therapy, everyone is clearly dedicated to creating the best experience possible. Their short-term rehab program stands out especially—patients consistently receive high-quality therapy and attentive skilled nursing care that supports real recovery and a smooth transition home. It’s a place where people genuinely care, and it shows in the smiles, teamwork, and positive energy throughout the building. Highly recommend for anyone considering short-term rehab or long-term care. They’re doing excellent work and it deserves to be recognized!
