Observing and listening to the team that works at Desert Peak reiterates just how much skilled professionals like their teams are needed. They do an amazing job of working as a team. Communication with me has been obsolete. They attend to everyone's needs as well as keep the facility clean plus are always checking to see if the families are comfortable during their visit and update you on the current status of your loved ones. Others places make you wait to speak to someone until you don't. Thanks Desert Peak Staff for making this difficult time a bit easier. You ALL are appreciated.

As a hospice nurse the help and support I received from EVERY healthcare worker at Desert Peak Care Center, from the minute I entered to the end of my visit, was so great! The staff was so helpful and friendly…it truly was a gift to experience all that when I reflected back on everything after leaving the facility! 🙏🏼

I have made two trips to your facility to deliver a CD to Eddie Woodall. The first time I left the CD with the front desk, and they stated that she would have the nurse pick it up and give it to Eddie. I had made 2 phone calls later to see if the CD was ever delivered and was told they would search to make sure and call me back. No one ever called me back. I delivered a second CD to Eddie Woodall and personally handed the CD to him.

Best part about this place is the staff from their Executive director, to their social service director, case manager, and most of all the staff that actually puts hands and eyes on our loved ones. They exemplify what caring is. Had the pleasure to work with each of them and have had the best experience. I love Desert Peak Care Center!!
