I want to take a minute to give Windsor Cypress Garden a 5 star review. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Especially Director Carol who always takes the time to listen. The facility is clean and we have no problems to report. My 97 year old mother has been very happy and always talks positive about the staff.

Wanted to share what a special place Windsor Cypress Gardens is. A great staff. Caring atmosphere, and lots going on between the activities department and the rehab team! New clinical leadership has taken Cypress Gardens to a 5-Star quality facility! And the courtyard....a beautiful retreat for residents and families to sit and gather.

My impression of this place is not without a mix of feelings as this stop is typically the prelude to meeting our maker, however my long time friend is here now and I've come and visited several times in the last couple of weeks and so far I see dutiful nurses and a steady busy flow of caretakers going about their cleaning, their feedings and the staff here tending to their palliative care duties in a caring way. I take my hat off to this team who work at such noble profession to alleviate suffering of those here. 5/3/24 Update This is my other friend , my other friend died there, he'd be left on the floor for hours in a sad state, I pray for all those at these facilities left at the care of nurses who sometimes do the right thing but for the most part is not a good place to be..😏😔.
