My family and I cannot say enough good things about The Springs at Rochester Hills. We were hesitant about moving our mother into a skilled nursing facility, but the staff here put all of our fears to rest. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with incredible compassion and dignity. Every nurse and CNA went the extra mile to make her comfortable, and they all made a genuine effort to get to know her personally. When we visited, her room was always clean smelled fresh. It is so comforting to know she was in a clean and safe environment. The staff kept us thoroughly informed of her progress and treatment plan. They were always professional yet incredibly caring, and they approached every situation with kindness. The support and compassion they showed our entire family was truly remarkable. It brought us immense peace of mind to know she was surrounded by such loving hands. This is a place that truly makes a difference. They have given our family a beautiful gift by providing such high-quality, loving care. We are forever grateful and highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of skilled nursing services.

After my father's surgery, we were all very worried about his recovery. He needed intensive short-term rehabilitation, and choosing a skilled nursing facility was a daunting task. Thankfully, we chose The Springs at Rochester Hills, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment he arrived, the staff treated him with incredible compassion and dignity. The nursing team was attentive and proactive, managing his medications and pain with a high level of expertise. What stood out the most was their genuine kindness. They weren't just doing a job; they were truly invested in his well-being. The nursing assistants (CNAs) were always there with a friendly smile, making sure he was comfortable, clean, and well-cared for. The therapy department is outstanding. The physical and occupational therapists worked tirelessly with my father, crafting a personalized plan that helped him regain his strength and independence faster than we ever expected. They were patient yet encouraging, celebrating every small victory with him. He genuinely looked forward to his sessions, which is something I never thought I'd hear him say. For anyone seeking a place that provides top-notch medical care with a deeply human touch, you can trust this rehabilitation center with your loved ones care. We will be forever grateful for their professionalism and, most importantly, their kindness.

When my dad was at The Springs for rehab after a stroke, every person we met, no matter the time of day or evening, went the extra mile and made time for us and our many questions. The staff was so professional but also very caring and compassionate to our whole family during this difficult time for us. We highly recommend the Springs and their staff to provide a quality of care we had only hoped for.

“The staff treat you like family” There could be no truer words to describe The Springs at Rochester Hills, especially the Memory Care Unit. My mom received the very best care by the nurses and CNAs during her stay. I witnessed first-hand the attention and love that was readily given to her. But what touched me most was that the entire staff showed unending compassion and patience to both my mother and myself. That they were with her at the end of her long journey on Earth, helping her take the next step into God's home, means the world to me. The Springs staff have given a beautiful gift to my mother and me, and I will forever be thankful and sincerely grateful to you and all who cared so lovingly for my beloved mother.

My grandmother has been a patient at The Springs at Rochester Hills for more than six months. She moved there after her stroke when she was unable to continue to live alone. The staff is very caring and friendly. All of the people who I see there look well groomed and cared for. The building is clean and there is a good variety of food. I am grateful we found this place!
