Just because they change their name and owners doesnt mean the place changes. The star are for the staff members that care and do their job, the missing stars are for the workers that steal from the patients, dont care for them properly (not making proper rounds to make sure patients are safe, not giving medicine or making sure they get the right medicine (sometimes for WEEKS), giving them moldy clothes or someone elses clothes). Patients have been left with no clothes at all, I mean naked, like where is the humanity? Thats humiliating. It's really heart breaking to know you have to leave a loved one in a facility that is supposed to care for them (because you physically or mentally can't) but you know very well that anytime you bring something for them that someone is going straight in there to steal it. Whether its food items like drinks and candy, clothes (even shoes), or personal care products that have their name written all over them. They will replace the items with used ones from donations, other patients, or used clothes of their own closet (which also has mold in it). One excuse is that they claim the patient didnt want it or gives it away. Patients that have mental disorders dont really get what they are doing and shouldn't be able to taken advantage of. For the few good workers here, thank you for caring and treating the patients with dignity and respect. To the others, stop stealing, lying, and taking advantage of them. This place needs a true overhaul.

This is a nursing home. No matter how many times they say rehab. Still a nursing home. It has cleared up since it's older days. It has hired more people in special fields. PT, OT,and wound care.

This nursing home is absolutely amazing! The staff is always so nice and welcoming. I bring my kids to see their great grandmother, and the staff is very nice to them. I’ve never had any issue or problem with anyone there. The residents are always so happy and love doing their daily activities. It’s very clean and I HIGHLY recommend this nursing home to everyone.

We visited our grandmother and our first impression walking in was it didn't have a smell and very clean. Grandmother was dressed so pretty, hair, nails painted. The nurse staff was so very nice and we really enjoyed our visit and left with knowing she's very much taken care of which gave us much relief.
