Savannah Post Acute is the best Rehab Facility in the local area. We go above and beyond to ensure our residents are taken care of. We take pride in knowing we chose this profession for a reason...we love our residents, families, and appreciate our hardworking and dedicated staff. Facility is clean with NO odors. Great therapy program. We are the only facility that has a Respiratory program in place, and we are JCAHO Accredited. We are also under NEW management (Elevation Group, LLC). We CARE.
For the past six months my mother has been a resident at Signature Healthcare and I want to take this opportunity to thank all the staff members there for caring for her. We have met kind and caring responses from all we have come in contact with. We are grateful for the attention and care she has received.
My family and I are so grateful for nurses and staff at Signature. My father is a resident at this facility and I am so grateful for the level of care they provide. The facility is clean, staff is polite and attentive and very welcoming. A special thank you to the Cypress Wing nurses for always being available when I call. I recommend Signature Healthcare for any families in need of care for your loved ones. Thanks so much for all you do!
Where do I start?? PLEASE PLEASE if you love your family member DO NOT bring them here. First step in the building you'll smell urine right away. My mom got discharged from the hospital and went to this facility which is the insurance choice. First night was TERRIBLE, Night shift crew doesn't care about their patients. They are very slow to respond it took 1 hr and 45 mins to clean my mom after I called 3 times. And DON'T even ask for hot water because they will get it straight from the bathroom sink.. shame on those who mock the elderly!! You evil will get old one day !!!
DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY /LOVE ones here!!!! If I had the opportunity to send my mother some where else I would have! The CNA staff is horrible! All they do is order food and hide from their residents. My mom had a level one bed sore due to being in the hospital and now it’s at a level 3 because they do not get her up or rotate her every two hours. NO ONE informed me of this and I found it myself! I have heard several CNA staff members say they are not getting residents up! The hallways majority of the time smell like urine and residents have to do things all by themselves!
Update: My mother is currently in the ICU BECAUSE OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF THIS STAFF I WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER INVOLVED!!! She became septic to her bedsore wounds!!
