I have been visiting Springrook Center for a couple of weeks and so I am still learning my way around. Each time i ask someone for a bit of assistance, that person is very cheerful, eager to assist and gets me going on the next step. Appreciate them all!
The most horrible experience I’ve ever been subject to. Room was 10 feet by about eight. The TV was the size of my computer monitor and it was 10 feet away. Separated by my roommate by a curtain. Unaware that I was coming even though I was there by 3 o’clock in the afternoon, they did not prepare dinner for me. I asked for something anything from the kitchen dinner since one of my problems since I hadn’t eaten and was weak. It did not come. They asked me what time I went to bed. I told him in an hour and a half for two hours after I told him my bedtime finally they showed up with my evening meds. The med tech couldn’t read half the normal names for the medication so I fhhad no idea what I was taking. They would not feed me until I got weighed. I refuse to get weighed until I got a TV remote. Therefore, I did not have dinner when you ran the Call button. It was at least 10 minutes for somebody anybody to respond.
I want to commend Michelle, the head of the dining services, for the wonderful Labor Day barbecue we had barbecue chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, lobster bisque, and watermelon!! Yum!! Their meals are very good!!
Enjoyed visit with sister. Was disappointed as she is quite handicapped as there was a lot of rubbish and untidiness in her small area. It needs to be cleaned better. Nurses are always pleasant.
Everyone seemed friendly, the nurse & Dr came in and took care of his bandages and saw him making sure he’s ok and doing well, I was not impressed when my dear friend went to an appt at 9:30 and his left foot is suppose to be elevated and at 5;30 was still not elevated what’s wrong with his nurse do 1st things first nurse not assigning a new patient to the facility, not impressed, the food is horrible he said plain nothing adding a lousy hamburger & nothing on it, the cook needs to learn how to cook or get a new cook to cook good meals🙁😏
