One star is awfully generous. Ever since Kelly took over the facility, she has ran the facility totally downhill. She allows Erin (a nurse) to bully the CNA’s. Kelly doesn’t care about public display and will not talk to you privately. This place is infested in bed bugs, roaches and mice. The nurses refuse to give residents their pain medication when they ask for it. i’m very disappointed in the new changes, and the way the new administration is handling situations. please refrain from allowing your family members into this facility. the price may be reasonable but quality over quantity!

One star is too generous. This place is horrible! I have been stuck here for over a year and a half, and only watched as it gets progressively worse. The rules are draconian, arbitrary, and have little relation to the so-called Patients' Bill of Rights. Staffing issues, including poor treatment and unconscionable wages, leads to a high turn-over rate, under-trained staff, laziness, and frequent call-ins. The food is barely recognizable as such, and takes no notice of individual dietary requirements or restrictions. There are never enough linens for everyone, the place is always dirty, and if someone goes missing, no one even notices! Medications may be discontinued or added to at random, and are frequently missing vital aspects due to lack of availability. The budget is a joke. The building is run-down, with frequent equipment failures. Maintenance and up-keep are spotty and sometimes take months, and in a few instances, years. If you love your friend or loved one, don't risk their health and sanity by sending them here.

All new leadership working to create a positive atmosphere. I have met some amazing sweet residents and staff and am so excited for future of this facility. Didn’t give five starts cause everywhere has room for growth.

If it's possible to give out a 0 it will be triple 0 for them, went to visit family member and the so called security doors were wide open and I just walked right in it took 10 minutes of Me walking inside to finally some nurse asked how i got in, they don't check IDs. Waiting for paperwork of a loved one apparently takes 2 yeas for them to give them to you. This place needs closed down immediately.
