I like the fact that you have to do a face recognition to inter and be able to go to the residents there. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything that you ask them to do. They are very thankful when you try to make their work a little bit easier. Little things to help them goes a long way in making the residents life's better. Everyone gets along and is happy.

My brother went to Arbors at Springfield for Therapy and I was amazed of his outcome. When he got to Arbors he could not walk or use his arms and hands. He spent a couple months at Arbors and on the day he was released he got up and walked out of there. I am grateful to the staff at Arbors for taking the time they did with him and getting him his life back. The staff and Management at this building are wonderful.

I was at Arbors for six months and quite frankly, they saved my life. I came to them with 15 open wounds, 3 bacterial infections, a UTI, MRSA and sepsis, as well as needing dialysis. I leave having everything cleared, including the dialysis. The staff were caring; everyone was focused on you and what you needed to get well. Sandy and Matt in dialysis were spectacular. Erin and Becky in therapy took me from bed bound to walking. The support there is wonderful. i highly recommend it.

Absolutely horrible. Whoever is running this nursing home should charged with neglect. My mother was there for rehab and dialyais. I took her out after she was neglected for months. She now has pressure sores and has to undergo wound treatments at a different facility. The sad part is it wasn't always like this. I noticed that the staff members who did a good job with my mother all were suddenly gone several months ago. Also, when I confronted the DON (they didn't have an administrator) about my mothers care, she only said "you're not going to disrespect me like that". She wouldn't answer any of my questions about her care. It's dirty now, wirh rude staff and management. They need to shut the place down.
