My dad was here for about a month. All the staff he encountered was kind and helpful. He can be a lot to handle, so kudos to them for their ability to do so patiently. When I was visiting or we were on the phone (Both often occurrences) I would hear nurses come in to take care of his roommate, “Mr. Charlie” they always sound so chipper and bright when entering the room. After his release, we needed more bandages for his wound care. They were quick to help, Dr. Woods gathered and gave me the supplies we needed. Truly, a great experience.

I came in yesterday to visit one of my church friends and there was a housekeeper in the hallway yelling and cussing at another worker. She was bare footed and acting like she was about to hit the other worker. I was shocked at seeing this in the middle of a nursing home right in front of the patients and family members. Then this tall man ordered her to go into the courtyard and she continued to scream and cuss. At this point I left because I was so disgusted with the way she was acting. Today I came in and was even more surprised that they allowed her to come back in to work! This is the type of people you have working around patients!! I will be speaking to my friends' family about moving them to a more professional nursing home.

The staff here is not professional and I would not trust them with the care of my loved one they smile with you but they gossip and have a very ugly they seem to stick together when it comes to addressing personal issues on the job and let me say not all of them are like that but one that was is in leadership position and I wasn’t sure if she wanted to be at a skilled nursing facility or in the hood by her attitude

My mom was a long Time resident in room 251-B, who recently passed away in Hospice Sadly, She had a lot of good times as Aspire But also a lot of Bad, I want to shot out a few good workers who Actually liked and took care of my mom,Nurse pam from the 300 Hall, also Nurse Rhonda from 300 Hall, Nurse Marie from 200 Hall, Nurse Darrius, Cna Ben, Chris, Felicia and Patricia, Her Day Time Cna Before She Passed Ms. Angela,She was great made sure she was Bathed Everyday and fed and Tried to Keep her Calm as well as Her Health declined, She is a model Cna and should train some of the Others, To Announce their names when Entering as the new CNA for today or night, Also watching their tone with Residents , its not what you say but how you say it, Also if their Hollering and screaming and Can't press the Bell like my mom to At least Check on residents to see if there is a need, and Change their Diapers regularly, these were some of the things during the timey mom was there , that Needs to Change for the Residents to have a great experience there.
