My dad was here for about a month. All the staff he encountered was kind and helpful. He can be a lot to handle, so kudos to them for their ability to do so patiently. When I was visiting or we were on the phone (Both often occurrences) I would hear nurses come in to take care of his roommate, “Mr. Charlie” they always sound so chipper and bright when entering the room. After his release, we needed more bandages for his wound care. They were quick to help, Dr. Woods gathered and gave me the supplies we needed. Truly, a great experience.

I came in yesterday to visit one of my church friends and there was a housekeeper in the hallway yelling and cussing at another worker. She was bare footed and acting like she was about to hit the other worker. I was shocked at seeing this in the middle of a nursing home right in front of the patients and family members. Then this tall man ordered her to go into the courtyard and she continued to scream and cuss. At this point I left because I was so disgusted with the way she was acting. Today I came in and was even more surprised that they allowed her to come back in to work! This is the type of people you have working around patients!! I will be speaking to my friends' family about moving them to a more professional nursing home.

The staff here is not professional and I would not trust them with the care of my loved one they smile with you but they gossip and have a very ugly they seem to stick together when it comes to addressing personal issues on the job and let me say not all of them are like that but one that was is in leadership position and I wasn’t sure if she wanted to be at a skilled nursing facility or in the hood by her attitude
