My Mama has been at Tucker Rehab for over a year now. After a short-term stay, it became apparent she needed extended care my sister and I could no longer manage. I have been working with Cindy Lofton-Stroud to get Mama's Medicaid set up. Cindy has been a blessing in helping guide us thru the complex Medicaid system. She has been so kind and helpful in a very stressful situation. The nurses and caretakers have also been most kind and generous. I'm grateful to the staff at Tucker Rehab and most specifically Cindy. I feel much better knowing Mama has round the clock care, good care. They are always doing fun things with the patients for activities and Mama keeps saying how good the food is. Tucker has been wonderful!
I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Tucker Nursing and Rehabilitation for the wonderful care they provided my mom. She said the staff treated her so well, and it truly gave our family peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. A special shout out goes to the Administrator, who was so sweet, kind, and compassionate. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that my mom felt comfortable. I also want to recognize the Social Worker, who showed so much care and support throughout the process. It means the world when your loved one is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. Thank you, Tucker Nursing and Rehabilitation, for making such a difference for my mom and our family!
I’m a friend of Jocelyn, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about her work at Tucker’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re treated with kindness and respect. It’s clear that she takes pride in what she does and represents the facility in the best way possible. She’s the kind of employee who deserves to be recognized definitely 5 stars!
After trying other nursing facilities, we finally feel like we have found a home for our grandfather. They treat him well here and it’s always clean compared to other facilities in the Atlanta area. You can trust the nurses to take good care of your loved ones.
The WORST rehab facility I have ever been in. No one helps you. They act like they get mad when you call and ask for help to get out of bed, because the wheelchair doesn’t lock. They help you in the chair, then run out. The bathroom is nasty, it hasn’t been cleaned in a week. I complained about PT after my first visit. I rode the bike for 10 minutes, then walked 10 steps. Then I was pushed back to my room. Now the PT are being vindictive, I biked for 15 minutes, then I was FORCED to walk all the way back to my room from the middle of the gym, down a long hall. I feel like they are only going to get worse and NEVER let me OUT. I WISH I NEVER CAME HERE. I told the PT that my back was hurting, but she did t care. I was in so much pain when I got back to my room I started throwing up.
