BAPTIST HOMES, TRI-COUNTY

Tri-County, like many homes had major financial struggles during the time of Covid-19. We were about to shut down in September of 2022, but by the grace of God, we were able to remain open with a new management agreement with The Baptist Homes, a ministry of the Missouri Southern Baptist Convention. We have since made significant upgrades to our home by increasing wages to our workers, improving our internal processes, updating policies and procedures and renovating many areas of our home. We have added a campus pastor, improved our staffing, and gained the support of our wonderful community. The future is once again bright for Tri-County as we plan to become completely owned and managed by Baptist Homes soon, open a fully renovated memory care unit, and continue to offer Christlike care to the aging. At Baptist Homes, Tri-County, we exist to please God and help others do the same.
