If at all possible, please avoid taking your loved ones here. They do not care about their patients. They leave them in dirty diapers. When it's time for their medication, they are never given it on time. The food they provide is really unedible. Also , when a patient needs help opening their food , they do not come to help them. They show no compassion towards their patients. They constantly lie to the patient's family member. This is just some of the things that my mother had to endure while staying there. Terrible facility should either be shut down or completely re staffed with people who actually care about their patients and their jobs.

Report elderly abuse to your senators & or authorities. I have had family here before and items end up missing for them. Clothing, treats, tems like hard candy & chocolates and flowers. Head covers when it's cold etc. Staff stated when my grandmother was their she has no where else to go if you don't like it take her home then. My mother had no choice but to leave her their. I know it is a difficult job to take care of the sick and infirmed. But karma or if you believe in God you reap what you sow. The day will come when they will taste the same in life. I anyone who mistreats folk in your care. Give these people some last dignity before they go. Treat these people right, because your day will come I promise and you better hope to God or whatever you bow your heads to, you don't suffer as these people do. I wouldn't want to be anyone who faces that in the next life. And if you don't care, your in the wrong job line. I hope what I wrote helped someone. I know everyone is not ritch so.your care choices are limited but it's these peoples last days. Turn the other cheek and think of them as giant children who need kindness and understanding because you would be scared also not knowing why you have been left somewhere not at home. God have mercy on you all. I'm not a God freak zealot, I just think here it's playable because I have seen this center.. In the high desert their are few choices.

This place is wonderful. We’ve been there almost 2 months and they have been the only ones that have been able to help. We’ve been out of the rehab that smelled horrible when you walked in this place is wonderful. Doesn’t have the smell other ones have he gets the attention medically that he supposed to. They got better care than St Marys Hospital or Desert Valley Hospital. They’re willing to talk to you and work with you, Will has been outstanding and the whole staff has been wonderful.

Knolls West shame on you guys! My grandmother went in after receiving treatment for an infection at St Mary’s.. before this walking and talking just fine. Now on her death bed. Her bed sores are horrendous. They leave her in soiled diapers for extended periods of time. The staff seems to not want to be bothered with any questions that the family has or has sarcastic answers. There’s never a doctor to speak to and when you ask to have them call you to get information they never do. Nurses will come in with chips and soda in hand and eating them while talking to you. My grandmother pushes her “red” button and no one comes. What a joke! Money hungry insurance scammers. If you don’t know what patient care is then don’t get in the industry.

Don’t EVER take you family members here, my grandma was mistreated and left in her own feces for hours, she went there for an infection to get better and now she’s very close to death. She has a terrible rash from them not cleaning her, my grandma cannot walk on her own and is now sitting in the hospital barely able to breathe, exhausted because how they treated her. It’s so disgusting what people will do for money if you’re going to be a care taker CARE TAKER then that’s your job to take care of people they’re all young employees who don’t even care. I really don’t get how this place isn’t closed disgusting employees. And I just got news that my grandma is dying
