My mum was staying there for an extended time due to dementia. Every time I visited was difficult as her memory was short and I would spend a few minutes reminding her that I'm older than she remembers. What amazed me, though, was that she remembers one of the staff there; her name was Michelle Meadher. She came in a few times during my visits, and every time she would come in my mum would greet her by name. "Hi, Michelle!" and always enthusiastically. Michelle had a way of speaking to my mum that was kind but always with a concern for mum's comfort and safety. My mum rarely trusted anyone ever since she started getting dementia, but she trusted this one person. I appreciate Michelle's care and professionalism. Santa Fe is lucky to have found her. My mum is gone now, but I will never forget the case manager who cared for her at Santa Fe.

I recently had the pleasure of touring this facility. It’s very spacious and open doesn’t feel compacted like some of the few I’ve been touring. I appreciate the cleanliness. I will be picking this facility for my loved one to continue rehab services.

Santa Fe Post Acute served an important purpose during a challenging transition for my mom—and for that, we’re grateful. We were fortunate to connect with some truly wonderful staff. David Tanner, the Executive Director, was kind, responsive, and human in every interaction. Michelle in admissions helped make the process smoother than expected, and Ilda, my mom’s RN, was a standout—attentive, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to her patients. While there were areas that could’ve been better, I’m choosing to highlight the good. The care we needed in the moment was delivered, and that matters. For others considering this facility, I recommend staying involved and advocating consistently—your voice makes a difference.

Rundown and dirty. Clothing and other belongings are STOLEN EVEN IF THEY ARE MARKED WITH BLACK MARKER. Lost over $300 worth of clothing and shoes 3 TIMES in one year! My spouse has fallen and been repeatedly injured because he's handicapped and blind! When you try to tell someone they say they don't know anything about it and to call Social Services for reimbursement. I dont want to have to call every other week. I WANT IT TO STOP! Then they tell you "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it." DISGUSTING!!!!

My aunt was staying here and it's a nice place except for the staff that is showering in the clients rooms and smoking on tin foil in the kitchen area. I can't believe they don't drug test those employees
