My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and compassion shown at The Orchards at Wayne. From day one, the facility has exemplified professionalism, warmth and genuine concern for residents’ well-being. A special shout-out to the Director of Nursing, who truly stands out as the best in the business. Her leadership ensures that every resident receives attentive care, respectful communication, and a personalized approach. The staff respect her vision and it shows in the daily atmosphere — clean, calm, friendly and upbeat. Rooms and common areas are comfortable and well maintained. Activity programs, meals and therapy services are thoughtfully organized and consistently delivered. We feel confident and grateful that our loved one is being treated with dignity and respect. For anyone seeking a skilled nursing/rehab community where professionalism meets heart, look no further. The Orchards at Wayne is the gold standard. — A very satisfied family member

As an outside provider that frequently calls on numerous skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the metro area, I take notice to levels of care. I can't say enough good things about this facility and it's operations. The moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile from the receptionist, Amy. All of the clinical staff works very hard to ensure they meet an expected high level of care. I have personally seen the administrator, Ann Marie, and the DON, Katrina, take great care in communicating and assisting patients on a personal level where they treat their long term patients like family.

My experience with Orchards of Wayne was terrible. You got water twice a day in the morning and again when midnight came on the food was cold the menu for food was terrible while I was there I never got my linen was never changed and I was there 8 days. The bathroom was filthy had to ask them to clean it. I needed a light and never got one so when they brought dinner after 6 I really couldn't see the food. If you needed help by pulling the emergency cord it would take as long as 3 to 5 hours before anyone came. The nursing care there is terrible. If I had a sick dog I wouldn't send them there. The state needs to check this place out. Plus it smells bad. It got so bad I couldn't eat the so called food they were serving. I had good insurance but I got service like I didn't have any Insurance. Their therapy department was good but that was all. I feel like they are just milking the people's insurance. I pray that who ever gets this will look into it. I will never go back there again.

My mother was sent here for physical therapy after being discharged from hospital. She said she felt like prisoner. The food was terrible and almost always cold. The light over the bed The was sleeping in never got fixed. The linen was never changed. Staff took their "sweet time" in responding to being called. Some staff members did their job, others not so much. I do not recommend this facility, and I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Some say their loved ones received top notch A-1 treatment, my mother...no, none whatsoever...too bad negative ratings are unable to be given. 😤😡😠🤦🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️👎🏿

Lobby looks and smells nice enough. BUT INSIDE the place reeked of poo and urine. Nurses standing around chit-chatting. For dinner a ham sandwich and a juice box. The TVs are positioned in a weird way. Upon arrival my father was give no pillow. Still none after hours of being there. He's on 24 hour oxygen. After a few hours he felt weaker and notice the oxygen wasn't even working. People yelling for help in the hallways...as the nurse go about their chit-chat. My family removed my father. The elderly deserve better... felt sorry for those still there. Everyone family is not able. It's horrible 😞
