I thought it was a very nice clean facility. The staff was friendly. Patients would speak. This is my mom, Mary Matthews who was just brought in yesterday, 8/14/2025. Thank you all for caring. 9/1/25 - I visited with Ma today it was positive. I braided her hair. She was getting ready to eat lunch . I had prayer with mom always before I leave. Thank you all for caring for her. 9/10/2025 - I had a nice visit with Ma, she laughed and talk with me we looked at videos on the phone and had some laughs. Before I departed for the evening we had prayer. God is a good God. The Loves you Ma, be blessed at all time. AMEN HALLELUJAH. 9/17/2925 - We thank God for His goodness and His mercies towards us all day. We give Him praise. Thank God for my mother being positive. She loves the Lord. I try to keep her encourage Everytime I go up to see her. It's a blessing. I pray mom will get better. Thank you all for taken care of her. May God bless you all real good. AMEN! On 11/3/2025 I visited a patient. On arriving at the front desk I was greeted by a very polite and professional receptionist who directed me clearly to the room of my intent. The staff on duty were very helpful and pleasant. Based on my experience I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for such services. Again keep up the good work and continue to train your staff. Training is key to success.
Kiera (Kiki) is an amazing asset to Kimberly Hall North. She loves community marketing, volunteering, and fundraising for the kids and Alzheimer's. I’ve attended a few events hosted by Kiki and you can tell she’s committed and vested to the cause !
