The medical staff are some of the most caring and empathetic people I've met working in healthcare. Every single person I interacted with knew my loved on, and said something nice about them (which wasn't warranted). My loved one is always clean, hygiene addressed, safe and checked in on. They are fiercely protective of my loved one and take every possible measure to address any concerns to the best of their ability. There are plenty of times I have witnessed them running non-stop the whole shift, as the call bells are going off constantly, people asking for stuff, etc. They go the extra mile to provide people with the TLC they're needing and looking for. The staff are often tasked with caring for some real tough cases and handle it beautifully. Whatever the staff is being paid, it isn't enough. The actual facility itself could use some love, but I am sure like any place at this moment, funds are tight. If Genesis as a whole could focus on this facility and give them the support they so desperately need, it would go a long way.

After a long journey of caring for our mother at home, it was time to find a place where she could be taken care of at the level we could not provide. I submitted over 15 applications to nursing homes, and the first one to reach out and guide me through the entire process were the folks at Genesis. I was impressed on how quickly they took to our mothers needs and made room for her at Wolfeboro Bay Center within a week of getting her application. The staff has been incredibly kind, and understanding during this difficult time for us, but importantly for our mother. They have provided weekly updates and always quick to respond when there are questions or concerns. The facility could use a little TLC, but what is most important to us is that our mother is cared for as though she is their own family member, and that is what we feel. A special thank you to, Diane, Rachel, Sue, and Amber for all your assistance and care that you put into your job and the residents. We appreciate you!

Both my parents were recently there. Their room and bathroom was always clean and the floor was cleaned multiple times a day. Both my parents were very happy with all of the staff saying that everyone was very nice and helpful. Whenever either of them needed something they were fairly quick in getting it for them. The staff was very helpful in providing me with information and resources.
