HERITAGE ONE DAY SURGERY

"Brought my significant other here today for a procedure and ended up being a living nightmare for her. First of all, she is a survivor of a brutal sexual assault as well as being immunosuppressed. That being said, the doctors mildly sedated her (she could have gotten up and walked away), strapped her down to the table, and when she screamed and cried that it hurt the doctors did NOTHING. They told her it was "just pressure" and kept going. A survivor of sexual assault, strapped to the table while a bunch of male doctors don't stop when she cries or tells them it hurts. after being made to wait almost 30 min for the doctor after telling them that her pain was worse, we were forced to leave, only to receive a call later on with them telling her she is no longer a patient there, that the doctors are under no obligation to sedate her more and that unless she specifically says the word "stop", they are under no obligation to stop all while copping an attitude on the phone saying that there are other patients to get to. Looks like they're right back to the assembly line surgery they were caught doing back in 2019. These people are heartless monsters and I URGE people NOT to take their loved ones here."
