Beehive Retirement and Assisted Living Community

My fiancé and I recently reached out to Beehive Retirement and Assisted Living Community in an emergency situation to find a suitable place for our mom. We were thrilled with how quickly and efficiently they handled everything. Within just 2 to 3 business days, she was assessed and moved in! Michelle was a standout throughout the process, making the intake information easy to navigate and providing reassurance during a stressful time. Her support made all the difference. The staff at Beehive are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone seems happy and well-adjusted. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle and some of the staff while seeing if the Beehive would be a good fit for my dad. We were welcomed with smiles and warmth. Michelle is a kind soul who really made my dad feel welcome and comfortable while understanding the thought of change is terrifying to him. The cute corgis that graced our presence and allowed us to pet them helped too!! Watching the interactions between the staff with each other and with the residents put any anxiety I had to rest. A day later, and I just got off the phone with my dad and he was talking about the lady at the Beehive (Michelle) and how good and nice she is. He is excited for this new transition from independently living on his own to assisted care which is an amazing sense of relief and much gratitude to the staff at The Beehive. We look forward to being part of the Beehive Family!!!

The Beehive Retirement Community Leadership and Staff are top notch. Transitioning a loved one to assisted living or memory care can be difficult at best, but the Beehive staff made it as smooth as possible for my mom and they continue to take great care of her. The Administrator (Michelle) is very accessible and truly cares about everyone living and working in the facility. Her caring leadership is evident when seeing how all staff members work with and take care of the residents. The staff is very thorough and good with communication no matter the situation. I highly recommend the Beehive.

I had my wife in a facility in Lacey for a month. When I went there for the tour I thought the place was great, I had a few other places to look at but I thought this place was great. Boy was I wrong, after switching her to numerous rooms they finally just dropped her off at the hospital. Never returning her to their facility, I could go on and on but why waste my time . They obviously just wanted her financial help. I got her into the beehive in Mcleary and I couldn't be happier. They did an assessment on her and asked all the questions I would have wanted them to ask. Michelle was great, took me into the office for like an hour , explained everything to me about the facility,the staff etc. I was so impressed with everything that was told to me . I knew I had found the right place Michelle explained to me that they have a " care plan " for her . Instead of just pawning her off on someone else they would take care of her , find out what the problem was and address it the best way possible. All the staff there truly do go above and beyond to take care of my wife and all the residents there . I'm am so glad I found the Beehive for her . If you want a great place for your loved one , I truly would recommend the Beehive . Special shout out to Jeannie, Tracy , Jennifer and a few I'm sure I forgot. Michelle and her staff are all top of the line at the Beehive, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I'd give you all 10 stars if I could.

I moved into independent living when my husband passed away and am so glad I made that decision. It is casual a environment, the staff are all just wonderful. I've made some very good friends in the 3 years I've lived here, the kitchen staff take such good care of us too. I plan on staying here for many more years.
