Reach Healthcare Services

Reach Healthcare Services has cared for my in-laws (caregiver services) since last year and have done a wonderful job. The caretaker that stays with them is like family and is loved by my in-laws. The staff is great to work with and respond quickly.

The team there at Reach is outstanding. I personally dealt with their Nursing Director, Tameria, and with one of their therapists Raymond. Expedient, attentive, professional, and maybe most importantly, a genuine interest in their patient's well being. My Mom really liked Raymond's personable but professional attitude. After my Mom's pelvic bone fracture, Raymond progressively helped her from inpatient bedridden hospital stay all the way through to being at home and walking alone with a walker nearby. She has nearly fully recovered, thanks to Raymond. Can't say enough. THANK YOU for helping my Mom!

I am extremely critical of the medical community right now because of my experiences the past 9 months trying to get help. Now that I have been diagnosed and reach healthcare was assigned to help with my home health services, I am having some hope restored. Seriously, I have been treated so amazingly by Reach and it’s not something I would have expected, being a current skeptic. I am so thankful for them, they are really a great company that provides home health. I would give more stars if I could.

This is a poor excuse for a Home Health Agency, first visit was all good the second visit the person never showed up, when I called the office I was told she stated she had left a message in my voicemail yet no message and no log of the call that was supposedly made. Then I was brave. enough to have a third visit, that was a mistake, my doctor had ordered some bloodwork 4 days before my visit yet they were unaware of it. This was to be a weekly test so now had to wait 2-3 weeks to get blood work. Though when the main office saw the lab orders they called me to advise me that they didn't draw this type of test. No reason was given just that I HAD TO CALL THE DOCTOR OFFICE, I felt that they were discriminated against because of the tests that were ordered, just shows how there is still so much ignorance..After this I had had enough I terminated the contract. If you end up with this agency I suggest you run as far as you can.

I have used their services to care for a beloved parent after an unexpected hospitalization. He was treated with respect and received education on the new diagnosis and medication regimen required moving forward. I would recommend this agency to anyone look for care in their home. No doubt, you will be treated like family.
