LVN In-Office Opportunity

Our organization was developed in response to patients who needed assistance with health care and personal needs and wished to remain in an independent living environment. We are locally owned by RN’s and have been serving the Houston area for over 30 years. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in our Bellaire office. The LVN taking on this role would have Medicare home health experience and able to assist with the following and other duties as assigned: - Physician order processing - Medical supplies - Lab tracking and communication - Referral source communication - Case management support The professional nurse that will succeed in this role will have an attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal skills, works well independently or as a team member, and computer literate. Prior experience with Kinnser is a plus and one (1) year or more of working experience with their licensure is required under Medicare guidelines. This salaried position is eligible for benefits.
