"It has not been well at all. The majority of there workers are not bilingual and when they come to your home they don't know what to do, as they say they don't know what to do unless you tell them what to do. I don't understand how they don't know what to do if when they get hired they receive a training on how to care for the elderly and how to do for them as they working as health aides. They should know what to do with the client. I know there not RN's of the state, but there trained to be nurse aides. They have a slip for us to sign which means if they know how to check what duty they have done with the client thru out the day guiding them, that means they shouldn't have to ask what to do for the client. These aides are the majority of the time replacement after replacement no matter how long u been with the agency, it's very rare when there is a steady aide in a home especially during the the Covid pandemic which it's not ok to be having different aides in our homes constantly due to they have short staff. If there short staff there's plenty of clients without an aide some days. If the situation can't be solved for the care of a client then they should refer the client to another agency, not leave them with no service just to not loose a client in there agency. It's about the care of the client not the agency's benefit to have still a client with no services. The aides also like to stir up drama within the family members with issues that are not there concern or with things that are not true or talking issues with a family member that does not pertain to the aides job. Also some workers in charge do not communicate appropriately especially some that are in charge of the cases of some clients. The worker in charge of my mom's case I'm just overwhelmed with her way of working and communicating is not correct most of the times. Zaida needs to step up on her job skills. "
