I was referred to Absolute Expert Care about 12 years ago and I am happy to say my family has been extremely grateful for the compassion and care my mom receives. The office staff is friendly and professional and the caregivers are top notch. If you’re ever in need of assistance for one of your loved ones I couldn’t recommend a better company. Renee and her staff has helped in ways we couldn’t live without. My mom is truly happy and cared for.

The manager went off on me and told me I don’t take care of my boy friend. His caregiver takes my boyfriends close for over night. I don’t know if she’s doing them at a laundromat or her house. My boyfriend gives her money to go to the laundromat. She doesn’t do all the dishes in the house only ones my boyfriend ate off. I’m power of attorney medical and I asked the manager what his caregiver duties were. She told me it was non of my business. Well it is my business being power of attorney. I told the manager to leave and she told me no. I’m filing a complaint with BBB about your company and how you treat people. I done in home health care for over 30 years and I had drs and lawyers asking me to take care of their parents. Oh my boyfriends floors were dirty needed to be swept dishes in sink . I wouldn’t refer you to anyone.

Worked with Renee there and she was a absolute pleasure and delight to work with. Super sweet and extremely polite. Would not ever hesitate to business with!
