Touching Hearts at Home has been wonderful in the care that they have provided for two family members.

I believe great service starts from the top and rolls outward to the staff & employees, which ultimately reaches the client/patient. The owner of the business, Jan, has been such a delight to work with. There has been open communication, from voicing my concerns to coordinating scheduling. Our family absolutely loves our caregiver, Josie, and actually considers her as part of our family. Our family members who are in the care of Touching Hearts are treated with respect and dignity in every interaction.

Touching Hearts partners with the VA, which makes this business very veteran friendly and accommodating.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone there. Touching Hearts was truly there for our family in a time of need. My grandfather was in a skilled nursing facility and our family needed assistance providing him with a sitter as the facility was not able to accommodate this need. My mom is  needing almost around the clock care. I searched the internet for care takers to come into her home. I picked Touching Hearts at Home because I liked the name but their name says it all. The intake process was seamless, they keep in contact with me every step of the way and their caretakers are Angels. The love and concern they showed for my mom from the first day they met her was beyond  anything I had expected. I am so incredibly grateful to find such an amazing organization that is so kind during a difficult time in my mom’s life. They truly have Touched our Hearts at Home.
