Better Outcomes provided exceptional care and compassion for my mom in her time of need. I could rest easy knowing that we had such kind and knowledgeable aides caring for my mom around the clock. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of the utmost care.

My elderly Father fell and broke his ankle. Upon discharge from the hospital I took my Dad to a rehab center and it quickly became clear that was a mistake. I needed to get him out of the rehab center quickly and didn't know where to turn. Ada and her team at Better Outcomes Health Care were invaluable in helping to support my Father and I. Dad received the around the clock care he needed and I received an aide in helping to guide me through the modern health care maze. There were many twists and turns in my Father’s recovery and Ada and her team were there to help me every step of the way. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They are a Godsend.

I would highly recommend Better Outcomes. Ada and her team were a huge support for my family during my mother’s end of life care. Her team was patient and kind in caring for my mother. Ada followed up often making sure we had the needed support. Big shout out to Kudzy for taking the night shifts and keeping a watchful eye on mom for me.

Her excellent advice and personal overview of our caregivers was a very healing experience, as all worry and concerns were handled by her immediately and efficiently. She was a calm center of serenity when I got impatient over the pace of my progress towards health. She and her caregivers supported me physically and emotionally. Excellent service. My father went on home hospice suddenly when an infection went septic and he was suffering terribly. When the aids from Better Outcomes arrived, they helped him get comfortable and taught us many tips and tricks to make the experience go smoother than it had been. Their med-tech was particularly fantastic and really helped our family get our needed breaks. They were there the night he died and because of their knowledge and skills, he died very peacefully. They were by our side during one of the most difficult experiences of our lives and helped my father have a dignified passing. Highly recommend!
